For these event, I was volunteering as a photojournalist under Sport Singapore (Team Nila) to cover our Team Singapore athletes in action in the 2017 edition of the South-East Asian Games (SEAG), hosted in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This was one of those YOLO moments in my life where I decided to jump straight into the deep end, sometimes being the only photographer from the Singapore delegation at the games event in a foreign land. Things are just not the same back home, but it was an eye-opening experience for sure.
